Made to order
Every Solawen piece is printed on demand with archival inks and packed with care. Once it’s ready, it goes out with tracked shipping.

Where we ship (and what it costs)

  • UK • EU • US — Free shipping (already included in prices)

  • Rest of World — Calculated at checkout (varies by destination)

How long it takes

  • Production: usually 2–5 working days

  • Transit after dispatch (typical):

    • UK: 3–5 working days

    • EU: 5–7 working days

    • US: 4–8 working days

    • Rest of World: 7–14 working days
      We’ll email your tracking link as soon as your parcel takes flight. Busy seasons and remote addresses can stretch these windows a little.

Changes & cancellations
Because each item is made specially for you, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase and before production begins. Need help? Email hello@solawen.studio with your order number.

Returns & exchanges (made-to-order reality)
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/colour).
If something isn’t right due to a defect, misprint, or carrier damage, we’ll fix it—replacement or refund, your call.

If your order arrives damaged/defective
Email hello@solawen.studio within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short note on the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging
    We’ll make it right, fast.

If the box looks rough at the door
Please accept the parcel, take photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and item, then contact us. Refusing delivery can slow down resolution.

Lost parcels
If tracking stalls or your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after the latest estimated date, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Wrong or incomplete address
If an address error causes a return-to-sender, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply for the second attempt.

Customs & taxes
Orders outside your home region may be subject to local duties/taxes set by your country. These are collected (if applicable) by the carrier at delivery.

Sustainability
We print close to you whenever possible to reduce miles, and we use sturdy, recyclable packaging. Small studio, small footprint, big care.
