Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and produced after purchase.

Processing time

  • Prints & merch: 2–5 business days

  • Framed/large formats: 5–10 business days

You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the studio/print partner.

Shipping rates

  • All regions: Calculated at checkout (standard tracked where available).

Estimated delivery after dispatch

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)

Note: These are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Holidays, weather, customs, or carrier delays can extend timelines.

Tracking & split shipments

  • A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Customs, duties & VAT

  • International orders may incur local taxes or duties on delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address changes

  • If you entered the wrong or incomplete address, contact us immediately at hello@solawen.studio.

  • If the order has already been fulfilled, reshipment may require a new order (we’ll help where we can).

Undeliverable / returned-to-sender

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can reship once any additional shipping costs are covered.

Delivery issues

  • Marked “delivered” but not received? First check neighbours and your local delivery office. If still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
