Refund policy

Made to order: Every item is produced specifically for you. 

       Because of this, orders can’t be cancelled or changed once placed.

       Because each item is printed especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or             refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or colour choice.

       Please check product details and sizing carefully before ordering.

If there’s a problem with your order (damaged in transit, misprint, wrong item, or a manufacturing defect):

  • Contact us at hello@solawen.studio within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll replace the item or refund you — whichever is appropriate.

Lost packages / marked delivered but not received:

  • First, check with household members/neighbours and your local delivery office.

  • If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if the carrier confirms loss.

Wrong address entered:

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, replacements may require a new order at your cost. (We’ll help where we can.)

How returns work:

  • Returns are not accepted unless authorized by us for a defect/issue.

  • Do not send items back without approval — our print partners have specific return addresses and instructions we’ll provide.

This policy respects UK consumer law: your statutory rights for faulty goods remain.
